directions for use: mix the bleaching powder in a non-metallic Bowl with cream Developer COLOR ASSIST BEAUTY OXILINE to 10-20 vol, for medium/strong bleaching; 30 vol for strong bleaching depending on the desired result. The dilution ratio 1:2. Mix well with a non-metallic spatula or brush for the application until you have a creamy, smooth mixture.
